Ruse Bar and Brasserie

Parramatta Square, Western Sydney
The expansive indoor and outdoor space features a brasserie, private dining room and cellars, alongside a casual bar area with its own kitchen and seperate menu. The cooking philosophy is inspired by charcoal and fire and the depth of flavour it offers by using quality, locally sourced produce. The speciality of the house is a selection of farm reared cuts, cooked to perfection in Josper charcoal ovens and over Basque open fire grills.
